Our School Entry Programs provide free entry (when pre-reserved), group check in, orientation for your group, and the ability to proceed at your own pace through the California State Railroad Museum. While in the Museum, you will find knowledgeable Docents in period attire, stationed aboard trains and throughout the Museum to answer your questions. The historic Eagle Theatre Entry Program offers a 12-minute multimedia presentation, which explains the beginnings of Sacramento up to the modern day. Additionally, knowledgeable Docents provide information about Sacramento during the Gold Rush, as well as contributions made by women during the Gold Rush. School Entry Programs offered: |
