How to Join

• Online -- Fill out the form online and click SUBMIT for a secure way to purchase your membership.
• Mail -- Print this form and mail it to the CSRMF Membership, 111 I Street, Sacramento, CA 95814.
• Phone -- Call the Membership Office, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at (916) 445-5995.
• During your visit to the Museum -- Planning to visit? You may join or renew your membership at the Museum's front desk.

 Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your membership packet in the mail.

New memberships purchased after September 5, 2013 will not be eligible for the 2013 Polar Express Train Ride Member Advance Ticket Sales.
