Polar Express Train Ride tickets go on sale
October 1, 2011.
Tickets sell out very quickly.
The 2011 Polar Express Train Ride
at the California State Railroad Museum
will be pulled by vintage stream-lined diesel locomotives
from the Museum's collection.
Train Rides are Friday – Sunday, November 25-27; Wednesday – Sunday, November 30 – December 4; 7-11; and 14-18. Departures are 3:30, 5:00, 6:30, and 8:00 pm
Ticket Policies:
• TICKETS AVAILABLE ONLINE ONLY
• There is a $3.00/ticket service fee
• Max 10 tickets per membership during Member Advance Ticket Sales period
• Public Ticket Sales start at 9:00 a.m. on October 1st with no limit to number of tickets purchased
Ticket Prices:
Coach: $32 Adults * $22 Children (ages 2-17)
Dining Car: $38 Adults * $28 Children (ages 2-17)
First Class: $48 Adults * $38 Children (ages 2-17)
Cancellations/Exchanges
• Cancellations will be accepted up to 1 week prior to your scheduled ride.
• There is a $3 per ticket fee for cancellations.
• Ticket exchanges are based on availability.

Resale is not permitted and is unlawful
Our policy strictly prohibits the resale or attempted resale of any ticket for the Polar Express Train Ride. In addition, the use of public advertising - such as but not limited to eBay and Craig's List - to resell tickets is not permitted. Either action will result in the immediate cancellation of the membership.
