THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride will operate as scheduled, regardless of weather. Winter wind, rain, or other adverse conditions are possible. Please check weather conditions prior to your visit, leave extra time for travel, and dress accordingly. Although under cover, the boarding area is an open-sided building and not heated.
Relive the magical journey of THE POLAR EXPRESS on an hour-long train ride to the North Pole.
Enjoy hot-hot-hot chocolate and yummy cookies as you ride along with many of the story's characters;
Once you reach the North Pole, the jolly old elf -- Santa himself -- will come on board to give each passenger a silver sleighbell, the "first gift of Christmas".

*An additional service fee of $5 per ticket or $20 per table will apply at purchase checkout.
*Children under 2 years of age are free and must be seated on an adult's lap.

Tickets go on sale to the general public on October 1st starting at 9:00 am. Tickets are sold ONLINE ONLY!
Resale of tickets is not permitted and is unlawful.
Please note, our policy strictly prohibits the resale or attempted resale of any ticket for THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride for personal profit. In addition, the use of public advertising - such as but not limited to eBay and Craig's List - to resell tickets is not permitted. Either action will result in the immediate cancellation of the tickets and Museum membership, if applicable.
