Central California Traction Company

Central California Traction Company had its origins in 1902 as a streetcar service in Stockton, California. It became the joint property of the Western Pacific, Southern Pacific and Santa Fe in 1928, known as California's Last Interurban. The last train to Sacramento ran during the summer of 1998, but today's CCT continues to operate between Stockton and Lodi and has taken on switching chores at the Port of Stockton.
